Summer Workouts 2012.

Summer Workouts will begin July 23rd.Registration will be held in the VMS gym. Athletes should report at 8 a.m. and

  • must have updated medical history form
  • physical examination form
  • clearance form
  • waiver and emergency consent form
  • football helmet limitations notice form.

 Items you will need:

  • Football cleats (black)
  • tennis shoes
  • athletic shorts & t-shirt

Summer workouts will consist of:

  • weightlifting
  • speed agility drills
  • 7 on 7 drills
  • OL/DL challenge drills
